Fees and payment
- Tuition fees follow a 30-day payment cycle.
- The due date is Day 1 of a 7-day payment window.
- No late fee is charged. From Day 8, class is paused and Resume Class is required.
- On-time, 3-month, 6-month and 12-month advance payment discounts are checked automatically where eligible.
Class attendance and recordings
- Students should join class on time with required drawing materials.
- Class recordings are provided where available for revision and missed-class support.
- Cover-up classes may be attempted when possible, but they depend on level, timing and teacher availability.
Homework and progress
- Regular practice is important for visible drawing improvement.
- Homework and classwork feedback help teachers understand student progress.
- Parents should support students with materials and a quiet learning setup.
Certificates and annual exam
- Annual drawing exam participation, certificate claim and award delivery follow the rules shown on the annual exam page.
